Walking through the door the first thing to pop out is the cleanliness as well as the bright and cheerful colors on the wall. Your staff member, Sandy, was extremely impressive. She was well dressed, very professional, as well friendly. She made the transaction of getting my storage unit smooth and easy. She explains perfectly all the in’s and out’s of renting from your company. The storage room I rented was clean and the included lock was a nice touch. My first month was free and that added a nice value to this rental experience. I would strongly recommend this business to everyone. I greatly appreciated Sandy’s friendliness and professionalism. She deserves a “job well done”!Tim G

These rates keep going up every year. Reason for 3 starsFor the size of my unit it's getting absurd. Other than that, it's a good place if you're want climate controlled storage.

Sandy was VERY professional, friendly, and helpful during my visit! She was also very knowledgeable, and helped me manage my account.This is my second experience renting with SROA in Mount Sterling, and it has been enjoyable both times! Highly recommend!

Got my storage unit today, so this is just based on my initial experience. Incredibly friendly, showed me several units, and answered any questions I had. All of the units I saw were very clean, and the property was well kept. Sandy was very helpful! Easy and painless process. Definitely recommend this place just off of my initial impression.

I just want to say this place has the best customer service! I spoke to a guy on the phone the time named Matt and he gave me all the info I needed and connected me to the store nearest to me which was Mt Sterling and then I spoke to lady named Sandy and she was absolutely wonderful! When I arrived for my appointment. Me and my fiancé were greeted by Sandy and she told us everything we needed to know.. gave us options and explained throughly. I am very happy and I recommend this place if you need to store some of your belongings.

Probably the sweetest manager at the mt sterling location! They are so easy to work with, and I’ve had a unit with them for quite some time! I’ll definitely recommend SROA for all your storage needs here in Montgomery county!

This was A Most Pleasurable Experience. I've never Felt So at Ease doing Business or made to Feel Actually Welcomed by an Employee at any Business, but today those both changed with Ms. Sandy at Storage Rentals of America! She was So Welcoming, She was Most Courteous, Professional in the Absolute Most Friendliest Manner I ever been approached with By anyone in any business setting, She was Promt, Efficient, Informative, Respectful. I felt as if I were being welcomed into a Family of some sort. An Amazing Experience to say the least!! If your looking for Storage Rental I Highly recommend doing business at Storage Rentals of America in Mt. Sterling, Ky with Ms. Sandy, I can Guarantee You the Most Satisfying Experience of Your Lifetime!!!
