When they first opened it was great and the wash did a wonderful job. Now it's November and not so much. It misses a lot of places. This will be my last month. I am looking fo another place to get my 3 vehicles washed.

Best wash I have had in awhile. My window is clear, sides polished, and that ceramic seal keeps the water stains off. By far the best bang-for-buck I have had in a car wash to date. Def recommend!

First time experience and I was blow away. The service was amazing. The ultramodern technology gave me by far the best clean from a touchless car wash I have ever had, and the staff was just as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as you could ask for. I will be looking for these locations going forward.

We come in from a neighboring town for this car wash. We have several in our town but prefer this one.

Their car wash ripped the grille out of my car. when we made a complaint they claimed there was nothing they could do about it. I won’t be back. Very dissatisfied with the customer service.

First time ever, and I absolutely love it. No membership required if you choose not to have one. While having your vehicle washed, it's a beautiful light show as you go through, and you have the option to vaccum your vehicle with no extra cost. It's awesome, I love it!!

I have been a member of this car wash for nearly 2 years (since opening day) and have had two different vehicles go through it. Both vehicles ended up with very fine scratches perfectly mirrored on both sides extending from the side of the hood all the way to the back. This car wash does an excellent job at cleaning your car but at the expense of your paint job. The procedure for cancelling was cumbersome as you have to go in person (anyplace that has such a high barrier to exit is a red flag). The employee there tried to convince me that the scratches couldn't have happened there but I urge everyone that has ran their car through there to go check it in the sunlight. I did some research and any car wash that touches your car will scratch it, so it isn't a knock on this facility in particular. However, I was not expecting them to try to argue with me when all I wanted to do was cancel. I understand not wanting to accept fault but I wasn't trying to gain anything from them monetarily. Just a strange service experience. Avoid if possible.
