I will never go anywhere other than Scott's. My entire family uses him and we appreciate them. They are honest and the work is nothing less than perfect! I played bumper cars in my own driveway a while back and did about 3k worth of damage to the rear end of my Altima which is pearl white and hard to match. He matched it!!!! Done on time, fair price, crazy easy to communicate with and when I picked my car up, it was clean inside and out and looked like nothing ever happened!! I have had to stop and simply ask Scott for advice and he points me in the right direction regardless of if he makes a dollar from me or not. For example, he sent me to a painless dent repair guy for some recent damage and the guy did AMAZING WORK! There aren't many people who will help you out without something in return. He'll always have my family's business because he does quality work but most importantly because he is a quality guy all around!Service: Body & Trim

Wow!!!! Just wow!!!! If you've ever had the misfortune of needing body work done on your vehicle and going above and beyond is what you seek in customer service, Scott's Collision Center in Mt. Sterling, Kentucky, will not disappoint. I'm a retired Marketing and Public Relations professional, and I cannot even begin to tell you how professional and nice Scott, the owner of the business, is and was during this entire process. It's bad enough to have a vehicle that's damaged, but his professionalism and positive attitude made the entire process an extremely positive one. Not only did they complete and do superb work on my vehicle which now looks brand new after some severe damage to it, they also adjusted my headlights which had been an issue prior to the recent incident, and buffed out my trunk lid which had gotten scuffed after being towed. They did these two things at no additional expense, and, as if that wasn't enough, they cleaned the inside of my car AND the outside of my car. Waxed and buffed it, no less!!!!! It shined like a new penny when I arrived to pick it up. I had a $1,000 deductible to pay, but I'm going to tell you I didn't even mind writing that check because these gentlemen's skill sets are excellent, but it is almost superseded by their awesome personalities and the beyond positive customer experience! I hope you never have to use a body shop to get your car repaired, but if you do, you could NEVER go wrong by choosing Scott's Collision Center. I was c. 30 minutes away, had never heard of them prior to this, and I'm so glad I chose this facility to do the repairs, and can assure you, should the need arise, you could never go wrong by selecting Scott's Collision Center!!!! ?

I highly recommend Scott’s Collision Center in Mount Sterling. I bought a newer vehicle earlier this year and have had a bumper replaced & painted, a window motor replaced, and a new indicator switch installed and couldn’t be happier with the results.
