I don't even know where to begin. Mike Menard is a blessing. The man is so compassionate and just honestly cares about his patients. He does not judge you or look down on the fact that I am in recovery, using Suboxone as an aid to help me through. He doesn't see me as, or treat me as less than human. I feel much less shame as I try to reclaim my life from years of despairity simply because he, and others do not buy into all the stereotypes and stigma associated with addiction. He shows the very same compassion to every single person who walks in his store. And I am sure he's no different outside the pharmacy. The stigma of addiction and the hurtful opinions of people who don't understand it, or care to, is exactly why it took me all these years to finally get help because even I bought into the the notion that I was a terrible person for "allowing" myself to become an addict. I didn't deserve better. I am forever grateful Mr Menard, and others like him for helping me beat my disease. You never know how much of an impact you can make on someone's life good or bad. People you don't even know, you just encounter them, and here's a perfect example of that.

Always the place we use for our prescriptions. Amazing customer service and friendly. Super helpful staff and just overall a great place. It can be a bit busy because of it's popularity, but it's worth the wait.

This was my family pharmacy for a long time but my last few interactions with them were absurd. We sat in the drive through for close to ten mins (not an exaggeration) while one of their employees carried on a personal conversation, wasting our time while being incredibly rude and very unprofessional. This is just one example, the place has turned into a circus of rudeness, you can do better.

Mike Menard is an outstanding pharmacist and person, and Will and Casey and Amanda Turner are unbelievably outstanding staff! I'm mentioning names because these people have personally always attended to me, but the entire staff are nice from what I've seen. I have been going to this pharmacy since I was in my twenties and I'm 52 now. Mike was also my precious deceased mother's pharmacist.

Most of the time service is adequate enough but there's been plenty times Imo I've had my time thoroughly wasted or at least not valued. People getting info wrong or whatever it may be. Good enough but somedays they got under my skin big time.

A really great place and my go-to pharmacy. The pharmacist is extremely nice and always goes the extra mile to explain things to me and ask if my medication is working out ok. Amazing service!
