Extremely grateful for the amazing folks at Quality Tire and Service Center in Mt. Sterling, KY! We were on our way back home to Maryland from Texas with our Jeep Grand Cherokee towing our travel trailer when some road debris punctured a tire. We looked for a nearby tire shop and fortunately we were not far away from Quality, just off I-64. As soon as we arrived the owner plugged and remounted our tire, topped off the air in the others, and really helped us get through an otherwise tough situation. Very impressed by the friendly service we received.

They might have quality tires-- but they have sub-par customer service.
Walked in to see if they could patch my tire because I was losing pressure. Guy wouldn't even look at me or give me an estimate of how long it would be.
Just said "it'll be a while" and started to walk away. Very unwelcoming and unpleasant experience.
Save yourself the trouble and don't detour here-- go straight to major brands.

My friend's tire pressure sensor went off about two miles from exit 110. It show it dropping rather quickly, so we took the exit and GPS led us here where the receptionist told us it would be a little while. We walked back out to discover the tire almost flat!! To our surprise, within minutes we were greeted by the friendly owner who checked it right away, found the gash in the sidewall and started calling around to find the size tire we needed. We were pleases with the unbelievable price and caring, proficient service!! Definitely recommend this place!!!

Dropped off my truck. Was supposed to have o2 sensor replaced and exhaust work done. Quoted $200. Wife pick up truck, work was not completed. Still charged $200. His wife told my wife to have me call him about an issue. When I called, I was very rudely chewed out by him. He angrily demanded to know what I wanted and why I called. I explained that his wife told my wife to have me call him. He, with voice raised, became impossible to talk to. When I asked what the $200 charge was for if he didn’t replace the sensor, he went off. He did at that point finally explain the work his did do. Very rude. Definitely not customer service oriented. Hung up on me twice. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!

If you take your vehicle to quality. You will not get quality customer service.The owner is extremely rude and everyone knows it.Do not recommend!

Awesome! On our way to St. Louis our car started shaking horribly. Called Walmart which didn’t answer the phone and Baileys which was too busy. Called this company and they got us right in. Excellent service!
