I would like to give this O'Reilly Auto Parts Store a 5+++ rating! My son was traveling from Virginia to Missouri and his car started acting funny. He pulled off the interstate and his car was out of commission.
He called O'Reilly's and Marina jumped into action! She came to his location to run diagnostics on his car. As a parent, I felt helpless because he was 8+ hours from home & I couldn't help him.
Marina gave him the information he needed to fix the problem with his car. She even called a gentleman, James, that followed my son to the auto parts store AND changed the part he needed!!
This entire situation gave me hope there is still good in the world! Thank you to Marina & James for going above & beyond to fix a problem to get my son home!! You all are ROCK STARS!

Good place to purchase all auto parts for your vehicle & if they don't have it they can usually order it. I would recomend because their prices are usually cheaper compared to other auto stores.

Bought a brake caliper here and come to find out you can buy 2 on eBay for the price of what I bought one for so I returned the brake caliper. Staff was friendly tho and store seemed tidy. Would only shop here in a pinch. Places like this are robbing the American people.
