Decided to give this place one last try. The cuts were awful. We had three kids cuts. All three by a different stylist. I can’t say I was impressed. All three cuts had to be fixed once we got home. They also seemed to be having issues with their system and couldn’t figure out how to add anyone to the waitlist. When it came time to pay, it only partially paid the balance with my card. I was told I couldn’t use a second card so I went to the car for cash. Overall an awful experience. We had quit going here, but needed some last minute cuts.

I don't ever comment on forums like this but felt the need to this time I got my hair cut by a hairdresser who had the most awful cough, she actually said she had an infection when I asked her about it but still she didn't wear a mask. When I got home I realized she had gapped my hair into several different lengths that required fixing so, I had to go elsewhere to finish it. Lesson learned from Great Clips Mt Sterling

Told the lady how I wanted my daughters hair cut. She was rude and basically said that would look ridiculous and wouldn't look right. Ummmm.....I know what I have in mind for her type of hair.
