Ok before media went to 1.59 this location was selling blu rays for 2.99 now since goodwillnhas raised media prices to 1.59. This goodwill is now marking blu rays even higher at 3 and 4.99 that's higher than whst they cost Brand New. All the pawn shops sell them for $2 that's tax included. It's heartbreaking seeing thos location taking advantage of ppl. I even seen a $250 pair if jeans. All other goodwills except winchester blu rays r $1.59 now but not here. Also other locations sell all hats for $1.999 but this location does not. May need new management. And new employees to replace the 1s who do not know what their doing on pricing. If I was manager I'd let the qa pricing these things too high go. Uncalled 4. I no longer enjoy or feel comfortable coming to this location. Needs new management or something. This is the only Goodwill where bluray is higher than 1.59 besides winchester. Every Goodwill in ky.. 1.59 morehead and others sell all hats 1.99 no matter what thry are too

Use to be the best Goodwill around but now it's terrible ever since they reorganized the store it's always empty and the prices have went up the greed is definitely showing.

The goodwill in Mt sterling has gotten ridiculously high ,I thought when the store opened it was for people that couldn't afford new clothes, shoes etc well let me let you in on the secret You Can almost buy new stuff for the cost there now one time I was in there shopping a small child had picked up a small toy it wasn't priced so the cashier took it too the bk to get price quote cam bk and said 5$ the little girls dad was furious he said he wouldn't be bk Goodwill needs a change in pricing

This goodwill has gotten so trashy. Used to be one of the nicest goodwills.Racks are jam packed of clothes full of holes and stains. Prices keep going up, while quality goes down. I don't understand putting nasty clothes on the floor. There's only one dressing room, while the others are full of junk. Why is this store so nasty and cluttered with junk now? The standards have dropped exponentially. It's sad.

Seems like the pricing steadily keeps going up every week. They are selling fake purses like they are the real ones. The ppl are rude. And when you decline to donate for the careers program, they can't seem to punch in the correct amount. So if you want a receipt, you have to wait for someone from the back to come up front. And there are huge lines. It would help if the workers could see what they were doing instead of constantly trying to keep their hair out of her face. She needs to be able to see the cash register. I leave half time without a receipt because I don't have time to stand there and wait. This store needs some good management!

This goodwill brings out items and hands them to certain customers. Instead of placing them where they need to go and let other people have a chance. An employee brought out a game system and handed to a customer whom I’m sure is a regular from the exchange they had. Also the markup on certain stuffed animals is ridiculous. No way should a stuffed toy be $4.99

Treasure hunter friendly.Good variety of nearly everything most of the time. Just keep in mind the habits of others and when donations are likely to occur for optimum bargain finds.
