You can get parts but they are over priced you can just go rite down the road to Jonny outdoor power sports and get the work done for half the price and a lot better service.

Wow! Called about a CFMoto 1000 overland. It showed a sale price on line. Josh quoted it for almost $3500 more than the sale price, without taxes. I am a serious buyer, but not at those prices. Be careful of the hidden fees.

Well this was going to be a not so nice review , but after gateway making it right it a 5 star review. Anyways dropped buggy of almost 4 weeks ago for a first service and some warranty work, a couple cables had went bad, and decided to install msc stage 3 cluch kit, dropping off was told it would be ready by the end of next week, we'll that week goes by and another and another with never received one call from gateway, I called every week to no avail, either the parts we not there or something, come to find out lot of changes had went on the weeks it was in the shop, o lots of confusion and frustration. Am told to come get it yesterday and drive all the way to Mt sterling to get the buggy and nothing but the oil and fluids and one cable was changed, o boy was mad ? no clutch, no grease, and not replaced cable, I was livid. Will to take elsewhere to get the work done but end up talking to the new service Mgr Paul and the gm that was there for the day and let me tell u, they took care of me. Understanding my frustrations and made everything right all the way around, I picked the buggy up first thing this morning and could not be happier. All the guys did there part to get my buggy in my possession asap.. the mechanic tech he's a hell of guy, the service guy Paul is a hell of a guy that's has gotten thrown in a bad situation and I have nothing bad to say about gateway and will be back when I need anything done.. it was a bad beginning with a good ending. And I am happy!

About a year and half ago, I purchased a Cmoto Bison 400. I paid $9400 cash for it. The next day or two I called them back and said it was too jumpy for my wife to drive and asked if I could go ahead and upgrade to a Kawasaki mule with a little slower response. At that time I had less than 10 hrs. on it. They said sure but would only give me $7,000. Most places have a 30 return. Unfortunately, I can not recommend this place unless they get new ownership with a better customer friendly service.

Big thank you to the crew at Gateway Cycles for helping me get my first bike, a CFMOTO 650 Adventura!
I had made phone calls to other, dealers, and saw firsthand the kind of tactics some salesmen try to pull over on buyers just to make a sale. Most commonly was false prices, changing when you ask the dealers directly for the out-the-door price. I also got hit with, "oh, we don't have that in stock. Would you be interested in a ×3 more expensive bike that is twice as heavy?"
GC couldn't be more different of an experience. It started with a phone call with Austin, who made sure the bike was in stock before I made the drive out to KY from AR. I told him about other out-the-door dealer prices that I had found, and he immediately wanted to beat them not just match them with no fight on my part.
When I drove there, I was working with the head manager to do my paperwork. It was a Tuesday and EXTREMELY busy. (BTW, moto shops aren't open on Mon, so there is pretty much double volume of calls on Tues. Plan accordingly, or pick another day.)
The manager, on top of juggling phone calls, worked to get us moving out as quickly and thoroughly as possible. He was literally jogging through the shop. No one pays him to go that extra mile, but he does and he does it well.
While sitting there waiting on my credit check, I got to hear another deal they were working on with another customer. Other cust was trading in and looking to purchase another bike, and his floor associate (Chris or Cody. It was a C name) did his best to get him a great deal, printed off a paper to visually show this man the payment details behind their offer, and went to the manager I was working with to get him the best possible deal until the manager literally said, "I can't go any lower than that without selling it for less than we bought it for."
Then they helped get the bike up in our Uhaul and strapped it in for me safely, instead of wiping their hands clean of responsibility once it was out their doors. They cared more about the bike getting back to our house than they did about getting it off their showroom floor. I could really feel their love for motorcycles in their care and knowledge.
That's the kind of deals and service I saw from Gateway Cycles, not just for my story, but also the behind the scenes of someone else's. Can't recommend them enough. Good crew, honest, and open. Made me happy I drove 10 hours to go there.

Sold us a used motorcycle with a battery that died the next day. And there hadn’t had an oil change at all. And when I tried to trade it in and upgrade a couple of weeks later they offered 1/2 of what it was purchased for. I will never do business with them again.

Where to start drove hour and a half they had a used Utv. Alex when I talked to him told me I could add a warranty no problem. That was a lie, then told I can get one but only after I buy it. Added 2 new front tires. Texted the day before I picked it up mind you this was 10 days after I signed paperwork they still hadn’t done tires. I got pick it up no paperwork was rushed out the door. I get it home and start looking at it. Because I was told tires were on and service looked at it and it all checked out. It checked out alright, wire and baking twine wrapped around rear axels, dirty air filter, dirtiest oil I have ever seen, no coolant. Will not call me back, they got the money they did their part. Stay away from them!!!!

This place is a over priced hack shed! Minimum grade workers at maximum price. Places like this have ruined our local powersport and off road communities. Go to Rocky Mountain.
