See Randy in sales. Second vehicle purchase from them. Totally low pressure and very up front got the deal I expected on used 2021 Ford Ranger. Good service department,too. Small town dealer with great sales ethics. No hesitation to recommend.

Inept service experience. Had 8am appt for a rattle in front end. Dropped off and received a call a few hours later that tie rod ends needed replaced. Given price and told parts were in stock. Gave the go ahead and told they would get it going and call when complete. Did not receive a call and went to dealer about 4pm. I was floored when I was told it was not done!!!!!! Service advisor informed me he thought the tech told him it was done but did not see it in the computer. He verified it was NOT done and they had moved people in front of me because of waiting for phone authorization. The authorization they received immediately upon phone call! I then received several 'theories' about what had happened. Never received an apology for falling through the cracks. At one point the advisor told me "well you didn't tell me when you needed it back"! By the end of the day would have been nice! To add salt on the wound they told me they could get it done in 30 minutes!! They had the vehicle for 8 hours to do a half an hour job with an appointment!!!!!I had to get transport to go out of town to do a job while the vehicle was left with them. Now I still do not have it repaired after a complete day with them. Nothing they offered could remedy the issue at this point.I could not justify giving them my dollars from the ineptness shown by the service staff.Any sort of trust with Dutch's Ford has been severed. The service advisor should have been watching what was going on and follow the vehicle through completion. I am sure they could have worked a 30 minute job in at some point.If you think this is horrible service then my advice to you would be 'Go somewhere else'. Not at all impressed. Was charged $150 for a simple SYNC update to correct a frozen touch screen. This has been in ongoing problem with ALL Fords for several years and now I have to pay to get what the service advisor admitted to me will not last and will probably require more expensive APIB replacement in the near future. This is more Ford's responsibility that Dutchs. I'm certain they have to toe the company line. They could have at least givin me a break. If they won't stand behind their screwed up engineering I can promise you this is the last Ford vehicle I will ever own. PERIOD!!PS The service department contacted me asking if there was a "tool" left on my console. That tool was the USB drive for the update. I mailed it back to them at my expense, and not as much as a thanks call back. I won't be returning there again.

We bought our car here. The experience was very good. The salesman never once was pushy and never made you feel like you had to buy something. We bought a Ford escape AWD. We love it. We take it there to be serviced when needed and have always been satisfied. I would recommend Dutchs to anyone needing any type of vehicle.

Wanted to say thanks to Kyle in the service department for doing an alignment on my Jeep. I like to learn as much as I can about my Jeep and he walked me through what he was doing and explained it to me thoroughly.Thank you so much for working on my jeep and getting me in. The Jeep drives so much better than it did before I brought it in. I didn’t think it could ever drive this well. I had no issues on our curvy back roads here in Morehead or on the interstate on our way home.Thanks again and you did an amazing job. Will be taking my Jeep here if I have any more issues.
