Truck was dirty in cab when purchased a condom in glovebox that caused huge problems. All the buttons in cab stick an feel like going to break when pushing. Brought truck in to be cleaned a serviced , Dutch’s had it for 2.5 days an jus oil was changed a tires rotated….
So far quite disappointed with experience so far

The last 2 times I took my 2014 Silverado to get an oil change at Dutches Chevrolet the next day about the same time the check engine light comes on and the truck starts to sputter. Had my neighbor reset the code and the truck runs fine. This last time we took our 2022 Buick encore for an oil change and the next day about the same time the check engine light comes on puts the car in limbo mode. Had to get my neighbor again to hook his scanner and reset codes and it starts and runs fine with no more issues. I don’t know what they are doing but I am considering not taking my vehicles back there no more for service

Spent 7k on a car that burned a quart of oil a week. Don't do your business with them. I brought it to their attention and they said they would get back to me. They ended up just screening the phone calls and not returning my message. Not how you should do business.

If I could give a ZERO STAR, I definitely would. Sure the car is pretty, but within the first 2 weeks of having it there were 3 complications with it, one leading to a $500 FIX. I’ve still had it less than a month in half and they refuse to do anything. I had a one month old son at the time, they could care less.. we put everything we had in this car and their trust. We were RUSHED in to sign papers last minute, they also claimed us having bought the vehicle beginning of April, and we signed papers April 28th. I still have all the information. I even reached out to a lawyer who agreed we could win this case. If only they didn’t take every last penny I had, I could actually spend said money on the lawyer. They will do anything to sell a vehicle. Called and spoke to a Sean Brock who claims to be a manager and he was absolutely absurd and very rude. Spoke to me like a child. I will continue to deter anyone wanting to do business with this place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Thanks to the folks at Dutch’s Chevy and specifically Brad Alford for meeting a need that my family and I had. We needed a dependable vehicle for Dr. appointments, necessary trips around town and transportation in general. Brad listed the vehicle that was what we had been looking for. It was inexpensive, dependable and we are the 2nd owner of this vehicle. They accepted a deposit to hold it for 2 days. Even though they could have sold it several times they remained true to their word and I signed the paperwork yesterday and I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Toyota Camry. Yes it’s an older vehicle and that’s ok. Because I know that a Toyota Camry is reliable and I have seen as many as 450,000 miles on one that I owned previously when I sold it and purchased another one.
This car is beautiful and it drives like a dream.
So again Thank you Brad Alford and the Dutch’s Chevy family for helping me take care of one of my worries.

Tires were not checked, tire pressure was same as when I came in. One tire 36, one at 34 back tires were at 33. Fluids were not topped off. No windshield washer fluid. I gave them a coupon for battery check and 27 point inspection. Was not done. I paid over 60.00 to just get the oil change. Not happy about this!
