The people here are the most RUDE OBNOXIOUS people I have EVER came in contact with and to boot they do not have very good smarts either!!!!! Now you can’t even CALL TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT THEIR IGNORANCE!!!!! You have to leave a message so no one will ever return your call huh what a joke good riddance cvs not nice doing business with you at all

Horrible - do not try to deal with their pharmacy. The automated system will not let you through to speak with a real person to actually get help. When you call the main store - the "can" but "won't" transfer back to the pharmacy area.

I had to switch my prescriptions from the pharmacy I've gone to my whole life to CVS because our insurance at work changed. CVS blocked my prescription card and I can only use it at CVS.

Don’t get your meds here if you don’t want some kind of issue to arise every single time you go to pick them up. Don’t use the drive through if you don’t want to be there for 30 minutes stuck in the same spot. Don’t go inside to get your meds if you want to pick them up in less than 25 minutes. Don’t go here if you want to get talked down to by the red headed pharmacy tech inside doing absolutely nothing but somehow can’t come help you. Don’t go to pick up your meds inside because they will wait until they’re done with their closing chores to come help you checkout. Don’t call here because they will sit and watch the phone ring. Don’t use this pharmacy. Horrible.

Poor customer service, outrageous prices. Was hung up on when asking about a prescription price. If I weren't stuck in Eastern kentucky at the moment for a job, I'd never use them. Publix pharmacy or Walgreens way outweighs cvs.

Horrid customer service. I found that this CVS is questionable on many levels and really unable to do the basics of good work. Its workers are rude and incompetent and frankly cannot do their job. I would recommend rehiring or retraining.Please don't shop here - if you are interested in good workers.

This place is horrible, I'd bet that the only good reviews on this store are from employee's. They are very rude and disrespectful. Not just the cashier's also the pharmacy staff, Whitaker pharmacy is so much better and more personal service. Try Whitaker guys, you will love it there

Depends on the store. Had an issue with another location in Lakewood, WA. The pharmacist refused to give me a flu shot because she said I have an attitude. And even if I do - how can a medical provider refuse a preventative treatment which is required by the government. I work in the health care. But this was the first negative experience in my life. I was always a loyal customer. The one in Mount Sterling was awesome! Everyone was so helpful and accommodating, they have all that I needed.
