Spent most of my day calling around for parts, unfortunately no where had them and their prices was outrageous... however lkq was able to help me with just what I needed, over the phone no hassle. The pricing was way better too!! Thanks lkq for your help!

Called to see if they had a part and was asked if I was with a shop. I said no and the guy said well you will have to go online and buy the part. So you have made it a policy to where only mechanics can go pick up parts. We as a society are going down hill fast. Won't be going online and will be asking friends of mine to steer clear of this establishment. I hope this puts a monetary strain on this company and forces them to change back to the old policy. Terrible terrible move by this company to make it harder for diy people and to make it easier for these crooked mechanics to make more money.

I was put on hold many times and when I finally told the man I wasn’t willing to be put on hold again he responded with “sorry dude” and put me on hold again. I will never do business with this place again and don’t recommend them to anyone else. Camargo salvage is right down the road. Whoever it is that replies to the reviews is just another example of the unprofessionalism in the Camargo office.

Very unprofessional staff here. I’ve noticed as well that whoever it is that replies to the comments seems to have the same childish attitude as the man in the office and who answers the phone so it’s probably the same guy. It’s a shame to let a place grow a bad reputation over some childish and unprofessional staff.

Poor service. You can not go in. Order over phone, pay over phone, pick-up day later. Made me wait on phone 5 minutes before picking up.
