These ladies are the hardest people to deal with. It seems like they go out of their way not to be able to assist you, or to make things harder than they need to be. Our family has had multiple policies with them for over 30 years and they still are so rude. My advice is to deal with Brooke when needing help. She's the only one without an attitude.
