My car had trouble as we were driving through Kentucky and pulled off the interstate for help. They took us in right away, had us back on the road quickly, and charged reasonable rates for the parts and labor. No price gouging for the stranded tourists. We were very fortunate to have found this business and would recommend them.

I needed a last-minute car repair unexpectedly the day before I was supposed to make a long drive. I was anxious and the guys at Bailey's went out of their way to get the work done and get me on the road as planned the next morning.

Wow! I got a flat tire coming off of I-64, bent my rim and ruined the tire. I told the owner that I didn't expect him to get me back on the road very quickly, but if he did, he was a magician. Forty minutes after I called and he towed me to his garage, I was good to go. So, I called him Houdini. The price was way less than what I expected, as well.Service: Tires

I went to this repair center and they took my whole car apart, the doors were off and the steering wheel was on the ground. And the only thing I needed was air in the tires, but they took my whole car apart I was shocked the tires were rolling around and the repair man was rolling one of my tires around and stopped and waved, while the other guy took my roof off the car. I still can't believe it I'm shocked and I still don't have my car it's been 7 years

I had some random shaking and I pulled off on the exit. They realized I was traveling and a long way from home. They repaired my car within a few hours and I was off and running. The price was very reasonable. Very grateful I ended up at thy exit.Service: Brakes

Over Covid I had my car towed here, wasn’t sure exactly of the issue and I told them this. They replaced my radiator on my car, failing to mention the bigger issue THE MOTOR BLOWN! Told me when I picked it up and paid for it that it’s running great just a sound in the motor and we’d have to take it to the dealership because it’s likely internal. It ran perfectly til we got to the gas station literally a block away then it started sounding like a derby car then wouldn’t start back. Had I known the motor was blown I would have likely junked it and went a different route but ended up replacing the motor. I got my car back in January with a new motor and today my hose busted on my radiator. Some of this may not be their fault but they were not upfront with me, they knew the motor was likely blown and should have told me this. I’ll never take my car back there again.
