My car had trouble as we were driving through Kentucky and pulled off the interstate for help. They took us in right away, had us back on the road quickly, and charged reasonable rates for the parts and labor. No price gouging for the stranded tourists. I needed a last-minute car repair unexpectedly the day before I was supposed to make a long drive. I was anxious and the guys at Bailey's went out of their way to get the work done and get me on the road as planned the next morning.
