He called O'Reilly's and Marina jumped into action! She came to his location to run diagnostics on his car. As a parent, I felt helpless because he was 8+ hours from home & I couldn't help him.
Marina gave him the information he needed to fix the problem with his car. She even called a gentleman, James, that followed my son to the auto parts store AND changed the part he needed!!

“The lady and gentlemen that works at the counter Ian and Roe are very nice and told me that there will be a long wait for oil change but they did explain that it was because of others in line before me. Also the workers there do their best while dealing with very rude and disrespectful people, saw for myself while waiting for my car to be done.
