I was greeted as soon as I walked into the store. My purchases and upgrade were made quickly and the sales person was extremely knowledgeable. I would consider the interaction to have been courteous and professional. Well satisfied.

It was time to replace my daughter phone. She wanted a bigger phone, but she needed a phone that she staff at her house could operate. Emily lives in an assisted living home. She can't operate the phone herself! I love the otter box because it clips on her clothes and she can speak into the phone plus no one has to hold the phone for her!I replaced her iPhone with a galxey 23 it's bigger and much lighter than the iPhone which Emily really likes!I believe the young lady who helped me was Hattie in your Mt. Sterling KY store. She was so helpful!!!

These guys are the best anytime I have had a question over anything with my bill or looking for better deals they always hook me up. Seriously I have never been to a better AT&T store these, guys set the example for what customer service should look like.

Horrible experience at this store. We had a few problems, and when we came back to the store over a recent trade-in device. The manager at the store was rude to a point where I was rude back. The manager never asked our name, our account info, and he never told us his name, nor did he have a name tag. He just came out from the back and said he was the manager and "Whats up?" And all he had to say was, "That's not how it works." AVOID THIS RETAILER AT ALL COST!! Make the drive to Winchester.

I had first made my visit to AT&T with the intentions of switching carriers. entirely paid off the phone and talked to a representative (Jeffery Douglas) his exact words when I said I wanted to switch to a new company and how I do go about unlocking my phone was “just don’t pay the bill and it’ll fall off” I had been an AT&T customer for a little over 2 years. Never in my life have I seen worse customer service. After AT&Ts representatives advise did not work I made a second visit. Same representative that told me what to do was short and rude and walked away as much as possible taking absolutely no accountability. I have absolutely no idea how he is a manager. On the other hand there was an another representative named Leah. She was the absolute best representative I have seen and she did absolutely everything she could to help me all while the knowing it was not her mess, she still helped. Incredible employee.

Shane, one of the sales reps, was extremely patient with me and wouldn't give up when Verizon was giving me the run-around. I HIGHLY recommend the Mount Sterling AT&T office and will always search for Shane-he is a huge asset to ATT!

Very helpful. The AT&T store in Mt Sterling was a good experience for me, the gentleman was very nice and he resolved my issue within 10 minutes.

I usually don't leave reviews, but after weeks of the run around on the phone regarding my services, I decided to go in the store. Finally after several phone conversations (while in store), one of the mount sterling loaction employees, James Copas, was not only able to resolve my issues, but he also saved me from paying $970! Such a kind, caring individual. Thanks again, James!Katie B.
