“The employee Will is such a great asset to this business. He was very attentive during our interaction and was greeting people who came in and out. Some of the customers walking by must have been regulars because they were saying hey Will while walking by. I hope he feels appreciated and loved there. He is a very far and few between employee. He’s a keeper!”

“There is a Middle Eastern man that works there behind the counter that has an air about him that he's in management or an owner or something. And I watched as a fairly young group of people really gave him a lot of grief for what appeared to be a less racially sensitive perspective. He calmly and methodically addressed any issues that they had and continued to operate in a proud and productive way. He should be commended. Personally, I would have snatched all the hair off their heads. But he chose to do the right thing. It's those kind of things that very rarely get addressed because it's embarrassing as an American to see other people treated badly due to their race and so people sweep that under the rug when, especially when, it was met with honorable action. And so I'd like to take a moment to congratulate him and thank him for being the better person and that exchange. Like I said, I would find it very difficult to have done that.”
“I hate that Ideal bought them out. I still enjoy shopping there because of the atmosphere and friendly employees, I just wish they weren't owned by ideal. Rocket oil, aka Ideal has a horrible reputation for mismanagement and looking the other way when they know the issues at hand.”

“Has always looked very inviting because it looks kept up and clean on the outside it is bright and lit up at night.. inside has most always looked extremely clean and isles spaced not so suffocating crowded and bathrooms were very clean as well. Workers have always been very courteous and ive never seen any attitude or backed up lines. Gas price was one of the lowest in the town as well.”

“Having a lot of issues with the latest software update on the pumps. Very few that work in the office are unable/unwilling to help. Always check that the pump price changes correctly when using fuel points. I was lucky and the office person came out and resolved my problem.”
