Worst internet service provider ever. Double if. It more the price of the other providers. Charge for everything. Terrible deals. Terrible services. First day I had them service went down. Astound gave credit to customers when service was down. Not spectrum. They were actually charging me before my service was even activated.

They don't even provide where I live, their service is not even that great. I've heard lots of complaints. Still better than other companies around though.

Used to be called Time Warner cable. My prices seemed to increase year to year with no improvement of quality. Our high speed internet would go out for no reason.
