This is the most ungrateful, and unprofessional place I've been. When pain pills are due on Sunday, they use to let me get them on Sat before..but not this time..said it was illegal to die this but they have done this with me before. Owner knows how bad I am but now he's not there or available to talk with us..I'm so addicted to this pain meds, not by my choice but what Drs done to me 19 years ago. Going without makes me want to commit suicide but they do not care. It's Saturday so I can't call pain clinic..so confused. I will be calling the the enforcer's to let them know what I have been experiencing since I've been with Clements. And to see why I've been given meds on Saturday, that was due on Sunday (Percocet 10's)

I now call them "Insurance Fraud R Us." Done billed my insurance and got me looking like I owe $141.00 for stuff I never got. Skip it.

Never experienced a group of "professionals" that are so money hungry and judgmental. If you want to feel like you are a burden and inconvenience make sure to check this place out. 5 out of 5 Stars for being the most insufferable financially driven pharmacy around. My only regrets is having to actually give them 1 Star otherwise it wouldn't let me post this. So come on down to Clements on the main strip where the medication is overpriced and friendly service is optional!

Clements said they would have my scripts filled on the 22nd of the month. Every time I’ve gone to pick up my script they have not been filled. I was also passed over during a Covid booster for a local they knew. I’d been waiting with an appointment time and they called, came in and were helped before me. No thanks clements, Fishbeck’s is here and they have my business now. Spreading the word to get Fishbeck’s as many transfers as possible!

Been a customer for along time wouldn't change to another place great place to get your prescription always if you need anything from inside and can't find it they would order it for you

Usually Clements Drug is quick at getting your medication filled. Jenny Clement is a very sweet lady. And all the workers are nice . You can get sleep apnea supplies here also and diebetic shoes and canes just medical equipment .
