My step-son had a blowout today in the worst possible place. I needed to get the tire replaced ASAP so I could get his vehicle out. Called Jest, they had a tire and I went to get it replaced. In and out service. Front desk staff was extremely nice and talked to me while I waited. They definitely earned my future tire business. Thanks again for getting me out of that pickle!

Had an appointment booked a week or two in advance and Jest Tires I guess couldn’t meet up with it. I understand being short handed and all but maybe you shouldn’t book too many people then??!! Not impressed, disappointed. I’ll look else where. Edit - Now that I see they replied, and no they did not explain that to me on the phone when I booked the appointment in advance but it’s cool you’re covering your tracks. You explained when I picked up my vehicle when it wasn’t worked on though. ??
