Walkins welcome my foot. My child's dog is dead now, because you refused to see him. Thanks a lot. I hope you choke on the phone I spoke to you through. Horrible service. They don't care about anything except money. Just as bad as the other vets in Morehead. I'm going to ward's from now on. At least he takes walkins, just wish you would have, because I didn't find out he did until it is now too late. Your receptionist needs to be fired. I guarantee that the vet would have seen him if it was up to them, but your receptionist evidently runs the show over there.

Love this Dr and his staff. They understand that your pet is family and treat them and you accordingly!!!? Very knowledgeable and most experienced in town!

Very cheap place and friendly to me and my dog, Harley..and that's always a plus! My dog has to have his anal gland squeezed monthly and he was very much overdue for that....I called Eagles Landing in Morehead where I ALWAYS take Harley.

We've been going there for years with our dogs, and now our cats. The vet is great, and prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that their parking lot is hard to traverse.

The place overall seemed like your normal vets office. It's a little pricey and I'm scared they value the money over the animals. We paid 45 bucks for a assessment of my animal and the Dr was in there for Maybe 5 mins. =/ didn't really feel like he connected much with me or my animal.I'm hoping next time I go back it'll be different but it's okay

Been taking my animals to Dr. Derrickson for years. You don't find a man as gentle, sweet and kind. Prices are great too!!!

Ĺove this place. They have such care and understanding of your pets and want the very best for them. Dr. Crouch even called to check on my little Tinkerbell and just that phone call I knew they truly worried and cared about her well being

I picked up my cat from this clinic when she was brought over from the shelter and given her vaccinations and fixed. It was difficult to talk to the woman at the front desk; she did not address us when we first walked in and when she did talk to us, she wouldn't look at us. She complained about her day for the entirety of us waiting for my cat to be finished being registered. My kitty was perfectly healthy and happy, but it wasn't great customer service.
