“They were nice and helpful and had to buy a new phone calls 3G stopped and we had to get 4G or more had some problems during the switch over but as far as I know things are good now I hope we have the same service as good as we did with bluegrass but so far everything is fine”

“Honestly, this store expectations are amazing! It’s a very clean store, they have things organized very well and on top of that their staff are very well mannered and always make sure to make my needs met. I had nasty treatment at another AT&T store but this one specifically in Monticello turned my opinion around. It’s not AT&T, it’s who is working there who Carries the stores reputation and these 3 who work there make it a good name. I will always go to this store when I need assistance because no matter the issue and problem in front of them. They will try their hardest and best when they don’t even have to, to make sure we the customers are taken the best care of. I 100% recommend this store. Zeth helped me and changed my opinion of at&t in total, but his co workers Jake and Tyler are just as helpful and assisting towards him. THEY ARE A TEAM.”
