“Rented a box truck for my move to KY and had a slow leak on a tire and a leak in the cab. Fortunately they offered a 75$ refund. Aside from mechanical issues employees were courteous and service was quick.”

“My husband and I rented a 16’ truck and trailer for a move from Lexington, KY to Windsor, CT. We had a straightforward experience. Nothing went majorly wrong like the other reviews. I did not look at any reviews prior to booking the budget truck online. Otherwise, I probably would not have booked a budget truck. The pick up experience was straightforward: signed paperwork, waited for the truck to hook up to the trailer, did a walk through, and left. The place was messy but whatever works. They changed the tire of the trailer right in front of us so it took a little while. The interior was clean. The only thing we saw that was sketchy was that there is a check engine light on but it was covered by black tape. Regardless, the truck and the trailer got our stuff and our VW golf to CT without any major issues. (Minor issues: when filling the gas tank, you have to constantly re-angle the gas pump. Also, no back up camera.)”

“I would like to personally "Thank" the Owner/Operator of the 2425 Merchant St location in Lexington, KY. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helped me beyond measure to ensure a safe tow/hitch was installed. My son's graduation at the University of Kentucky, required me to set up a tow hitch. The "Owner" personally hooked up the hitch and ensured all was safe. We made it back to Winston-Salem, NC Safely (9 hour) trip was successful because of their attention to safety detail.Thank you and your team!! 5 Stars for the Client Experience and Safety!!!!!
