On hold for an hour and 15 minutes with no response. Online says I need to call pharmacy to fix prescription but how can I do that if Nobody answered then I was hung up on.

Now the 2.2 stars makes total sense. If I could give 0 stars, believe me I would! I have never been so disrespected in my life by a pharmacy. The way both pharmacist's treated me was unreal! I was on the phone with my doctor as well, and they could not believe the way they were treating. I recover out loud, and I will do as such in this post. I have been in long term recovery for almost 4 years. I am on soboxone, and have been for the entire time. I have taken my medicine as prescribed, I have had no inappropriate urine drug screens, and I have went through proper counseling and psychiatric appointments to deal with my mental health as well. I started on the sublocade injection a year ago, and the reason we changed my medication back to oral is because I just found out that I am pregnant. So that being said, I don't think it is right that an assistant of the pharmacist, and both pharmacist's should be treating people with such disrespect, basing it off of a medication they don't agree with, using an excuse of their actions that they were robbed because of this medicine. That is not my fault, and I don't deserve to be treated that way. I am also positive that Walgreens employees shouldn't be discussing those things with customers who had nothing to do with the situation. So let's get to why all this transpired. I came in, I asked to pick up a medication under my name and date of birth. The rude little girl who kept rolling her eyes at everything I said, said it ain't here. I said well my doctor called it in here, and I am the one that asked for it to come to this location. She says well it's not here it's at the Walgreens on LaGrange. So I said ok thanks, left and called my doctor's office. Mind you I am supposed to be getting to work. My doctors office says no we called in to the Middletown location. So I go back there. Same rude little girl said it's not here I'm telling you it's not. So I'm at this point I get my doctor on the phone while I am there, and yes they heared every bit of the conversation and how nasty these people at your pharmacy were being. So now story changes to oh yeah it's right here, but we don't carry that anymore. So which one is it? So then I told this little girl I wanted to speak to the pharmacist directly since she wanted to keep rolling her eyes and talking with a foul attitude. So I asked the pharmacist why would you all tell me it isn't here, then say it is but you don't carry the medicine anymore? I'm supposed to be at work and you all are giving me the go around, instead of just letting me know to have my doctor call the medicine in to another pharmacy. Well she proceeds to tell me we got robbed three times because of the medication your picking up so we no longer carry it. Ok so you can't look it up in your system to tell me what other Walgreens carries the medication? She starts to look in the system and says that I am calling them liars about them getting robbed. Mind you I'm on the phone with my doctor's office the entire time. No I never once said you were lying, I said I don't care about whether you got robbed that has nothing to do with treating me the way you are treating me. I'm not the one that robbed you. At that point she decided to say well since you don't care we won't be helping you. I am not a heartless person, do I think it's horrible that happened, yes absolutely I do. But that had nothing to do with the way these people were treating me on 6/25/24 around 5pm. I will make sure corporate hears about this. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know who does use your pharmacy that they have the nastiest employees working there and don't know how to treat someone with respect that they deserve. I have never treated my costumers that way and I have worked in customer service for over 17 years!

I keep giving this place another chance because it's so close to my house, but it's just not worth it. The incompetence is shocking. If I take a FedEx package to the counter with the large FedEx sign over it, someone always has to "go get the scanner." If I place an order for in-store pick up, someone has trouble locating it. The women at the front counter are usually nice, but that's where it ends. It's a disappointment that going to my corner drugstore is such a frustrating experience

Website says the pharmacy is open on the weekends. And I went to pick up a prescription and come to find out they are closed all weekend. They need to change the hrs on the website or be open on the weekends.

I waited on the phone for an hour to get some information on whether they had a medication I needed in stock so I could request it be filled at this location and then I received a message they were too busy to help me and hung up.

Pharmacy is a joke, as others have said they do not answer the phone ever. I had an Rx sent in for my newborn daughter and was not able to check if it was ready via the automated system because she did not have a phone number associated with her account. Waited on hold over 30 minutes to then just be hung up on. Driving to the pharmacy with my newborn just to check and see if something is ready is just not something I am willing to do. Had the Rx sent to the Walgreens at Shelbyville/Hurstbourne instead. Unfortunately these reviews do absolutely nothing they are overworked and probably happy with people dropping their pharmacy, less work for them. Just beware as a consumer what you are walking into if you choose to use this location.

Rude. Really, that's the whole review. I needed help in the photo section and the young person working there literally refused to help me. It's easy to see why this location has such poor reviews.

Absolutely outrageous how they can sit on a prescription for a whole week with no action! The staff need some customer service classes the curly hair female is extremely rude and needs to not work with customers!

The pharmacy staff is nice but they need 3 times the staff. Good luck getting your prescriptions in a timely matter. 30+ minutes wait on the phone or in line. I took over 3 days to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy because they won’t answer or transfer the prescription. Save yourself the headache and time, go somewhere else.

Ayodele the manager is the rudest “manager” ever. He is belittling to his employees and a horrible manager there was an fsa approved item that did not ring up correctly and he told me he could not void my transaction out for that specific item. He said I cannot do that! I then asked him to cancel everything. Finally after telling him i did not bring the money to pay out of pocket. (I only had my fsa card).I said I would pay just for those approved items. He magically found a way to void everything out to re ring me up. I asked if it would charge my card twice? He said you need to be easy. I told him he had not been nice and had been rude to me and to his employees and my whole experience had been nothing but uncomfortable even before he stared helping be because of him yelling at his employee next to us. He then REFUSED to check me out and called and other employee over because he did NOT want to help “this lady” being me in his own words. Then told me not to tell him how to do his job kept arguing with me as he was walking away and said I was not the CEO of the company and Do not tell him how to do his job. He also told me I could just leave. This is aweful Customer service. He yelled at the cashier next to us for doing something wrong and said “you do NOT do that you have been here for too long you know better” how belittling and rude and embarrassing for her!!!!! Just awful!!!!!

No one answers the phone, sat on hold for an hour. When someone answered the phone they gave me zero help or guidance. Terrible pharmacy, don’t recommend!!
