Closed pharmacy when I had been in line on the inside of the store (I know this happens in the drive thru). Really Walgreens?

On hold for an hour and 15 minutes with no response. Online says I need to call pharmacy to fix prescription but how can I do that if Nobody answered then I was hung up on.
