There is no way this is actually a legitimate business. Every time there is an insane wait, issues, rude staff, etc. Have been coming here for years dealing with it. Have gotten countless vaccines through here. The process is always “check in, go sit down until they call your name for your shot”. Today after waiting behind 3 people for about 5 minutes, surprisingly fast, 10 minutes before my appointment time, I check in and am told to sit down and wait. Then 30 minutes after my appointment time I’m paged over the intercom to go stand in line again. I go up to the question desk, the Dr. immediately says “if you don’t like or process you can get vaccinated somewhere else”. What??? I’ve gotten a vaccine multiple times and never had to “double” check in, and now you want me to wait in a line of about 10 people??? This place is absolutely an embarrassment. Please take your money elsewhere because it is ran like absolute trash.

The absolute worst Walgreen's I have ever been to. My doctor called in a prescription on 05/22/2024 and they said they were out of stock and would be ready today 05/23/2024. Called again today 05/23/2024 and medication didn't come in today the 23rd and should be in tomorrow the 24th. Ongoing problems with this store.

They're alot faster than Kroger pharmacy so I definitely get my meds from here now they're friendly too.

mind blowing how terrible this Walgreens is... was on hold for 30 mins and someone picked up the phone and immediately hung up. If this was a real business that wasn't funded by big pharma it would have been shut down years ago.

my prescription wasn't ready when they said it would be. still wasn't ready for 3 days. so i did the delivery service instead. again was supposed to be delivered within 1 to 2 days. 3 days later still don't havey prescription. i call in and am on hold for over an hour and they kust hang up without even talking to me. called back and waited on hold for 30 minutes and they hung up again. called the main walgreens phone which i guess is for their corporate level inquiries. they say they can't see anything from this location.

I have bronchitis, a sinus infection and am pregnant. Their automatic line said they did not have my prescription for three days from the day I needed it. I tried to talk to a pharmacist on the phone and they first hung up on me after 30 min and then I waited for 90 min and they hung up on me again. Unacceptable. I will be switching pharmacies.

Nasty, rude curly haired pharmacist with an attitude. You can’t ask a simple yes or no question without a nasty response. Get a different job if you hate your life so much.

Drive is always slow I have to pick up my adults daughters and grand child’s meds they either ignore you or let people wait for over 20 min in the drive thru I have begged my daughter to switch I am ready to refuse to pic up the meds it’s horrible

There is a cashier that works in the front. I can't remember her name, but she is the most judgmental person I have ever encountered. She makes smart and nasty remarks under her breathe and she feels very comfortable saying how she feels about what you are buying. I know everyone is understaffed and short on help, but having her be a representative of your company is not a good look. I will not be back at this store.

I switched from the pharmacy next door to Walgreens. They are very helpful and friendly and always go above and beyond for your pharmacy needs. The people that have left them bad reviews might not realize how bad the other places are.

This is a review of corporate management, not the staff at this Walgreens. Since you insist on locking more and more items up and not allowing all staff to carry keys to unlock the cases, I will no longer be shopping at Walgreens. I stop here out of convenience, but you have taken the convenience factor away. Either find a way to mitigate losses other than locking up lotion and body wash or continue to lose business to Amazon.
