Go somewhere else!! Every time I have to come in here, I have to wait. They never have enough staff. The items we've ordered are always delayed (from glasses to contacts). They've gotten my prescription wrong the last 2 times they've tried. But after the visit with the optometrist, you're pretty much locked in. So I'd highly recommend going anywhere else for your eye needs.

From the moment I walked through the door of Visionworks in Middletown, the receptionist was very cordial and kind to me , she even helped me choose between three types of lens frames that I liked. Thank you for the help, excellent attention, excellent service, my glasses are not ready yet but I am sure I will be happy with them.

I went to get glasses for working on the computer. When I picked them up, they were just handed to me. I didn't try them until I got to work and they were totally blurry. I went back yesterday and had to go through the whole process again. 90 minutes later, I found out that they had put in the wrong prescription. The first set of glasses were ready later the same day, but I was just told today that it would be up to10 business days before I get my glasses. Not a good experience.

I have been going here for years. All the employees are professional and friendly. The frames selection was appropriately organized by price. I didn't find frames that looked good on me so I asked if I could use my current frames when I didn't find a pair that looked good on me. This would not only save me money but I like how I look in them. They understood.

Thank you all for being so nice and professional but what was great. They treat you like they've known you. A huge high five and Jersey fist pump to Ms amanda. She is so helpful,no pressure,and tells you what it is and throws in some insight. By far the best experience at an eye Dr. You rock. Thank you from your friends at hooqsetllc and donxboyzfishing.

Walked in without an appointment. I strongly recommend you do NOT walk in without one. I was in the store almost two hours with excruciating back pain. I almost left before I finished but stuck it out till the end.

Showed up to my vision appt to this sign on the door. They didn't call, text or email to cancel my appointment. No notice whatsoever.

I went to the Middletown Location and ordered my contacts I had not received them so I called the store. They said they discontinued my contacts and would have to go back to the store. What an inconvenience and they should have called to let me know this

I was a walk-in and was able to get the eye exam right then. They also showed me different things I could add to my lens to protect my eyes from blue light which is super helpful. Overall they were just really great to work with and fast. The only difficult thing about this place was choosing only one pair of glasses because they have so many great styles and brands to choose from. So I left with two.

Very friendly staff and providers! The Dr made sure to give a thorough exam, had amazing bedside manner, and the staff were wonderful in helping with contacts and glasses. We came at their busiest time of year, and they handled each and every person with care (even some who were not so gracious in return). They made sure to have all of our information pulled and verified with insurance before we got there, since we filled out their online forms beforehand, and it made the visit much easier. Making an appointment online was really simple and convenient as well. We will be back, for sure!

Disappointed with experience. Noticed scratch on $300 frames day I picked up glasses, but after I left the store. I had a few more pair of glasses to pick up in a few days, so I brought it to their attention during that follow-up visit.Since they didn't have a pair of frames in house, they refused to do anything about my glasses other than exchange them for completely new frames (despite poster that says 100-day guarantee).Highly doubtful I'll continue to use VisionWorks for me and my family eye care needs.

As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and comfortable! I felt cared for by the entire staff throughout my appointment. I am kind of a difficult person and they were very patient and understanding. I also loved their selection of glasses!By far, Vision Works is the best Eye care facility I have been to!
