Used Tax Pros USA for several years when Mike was there and everything was great but now that Chase is running things it has been horrible. Absolutely zero communication and I have been waiting over a year to get my taxes done. They keep promising they are working on it and will send me something but never do. I have given up as they won’t respond to me at all now, so after waiting well over a year I have to start from scratch.
Stay away from Tax Pros USA!

Had a great experience with Tax Pros! Chase is awesome, staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We have found out new tax prep people, highly recommended!!

My husband and I have for many years used our dear friend ,”an accountant “ for our Taxes. He suddenly died and I found Tax Pros USA. A nice young man “Chase” came to my aid! He did a great job and made everything easy for us,,,,,,,Thank You Tax Pros USA

This is a privately run business just off Shelbyville Rd in Middletown, KY. Mike Dyer (CPA) takes care of our family taxes including quarterly Federal and Ky-State reports. Several times we have received same day service or made an appointment for the following day. He is also much less expensive than the mega-corporations that heavily advertise (the cost of which is passed on to their clients!).
