So disappointed in my experience: material I chose for curtains was actually upholstery fabric. It looks just plain ugly. Ruins the entire living room. And regretfully I spent several thousand dollars on this. So upset.

So disappointed in new store! Been a customer for years! Missing the rolls of beautiful fabric. They HAD the best in Louisville fabric market. Custom ordering fabric is never a good experience. It never appears the same and is costly. So sad.....

I saw some beautiful sconce lights in their homerama home and came in the very next day to order them for my home I will be building in the next year as well as to look at their wallpaper selection. I wasn't acknowledged at all by two associates who were ten feet away having their own conversation and had to walk up to the man and ask if he worked there. I asked him about the lights and he walked off and never came back and when I figured out where he was he was having a whole conversation about something unrelated to the lights with someone else in the back.

We are building a new home and thought I'd give Tassels a try. We are interested in fabrics for drapes, pillows etc... plus furniture for the new home. No one greeted us. No one helped us. We had to search for someone to assist us. Finally a very nice woman helped us with fabric books, and I was able to take two books home to look through. On returning the books. I had selected a fabric which was perfect for my drapes in dining room, great room and the cafe of the new home. So naturally I wanted a sample to use for furniture selections. There was no offer of a swatch of the fabric so I decided to buy a yard of fabric to use for complimentary fabrics. It was $38.00 a yard. The woman at the counter rang up the charges and said, “That will be $60.32.†!! For a yard of fabric to use for complimentary fabric selections. I was astounded. I said I wasn't going to pay that much. She returned my credit card and said nothing further. No options for me, no advise, just Nothing!
