Great place for me to come get supplements like electrolytes and energy gels. They often have great deals in store, which saves money on things I use.”

You will also get individualized attention and good service by knowledgeable employees. I have purchased footwear by Taos and Naot and have been pleased. The sandals and boots have support and appear to be well made.”

“Was a pleasant experience. I usually don't enjoy going to shoe stores, but everyone was polite and friendly also willing to help. One person believe her name was Brittany was very helpful talked over the phone to see if they had the pair of shoes I was looking for she checked and found that they did she also made sure it was the right pair I was looking for. Then said she would put them back for me things she didn't necessarily have to do. Very appreciative. When I got there was greeted by other workers. Will make them my first stop next time.”

“This has always been a great shopping center!! The only thing that is EXTREMELY ANNOYING IS DURING THE HOLIDAYS THE TRAFFIC IS A NIGHTMARE AND THERE'S NO TRAFFIC LIGHTS HARDLY AT ALL! BUT OTHER THAN THAT THERE'S DIFFERENT STORES AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO DRIVE FROM STORE TO STORE, I PARK IN THE MIDDLE AND WALK TO EACH STORE!! THE ONLY STORE I WILL NOT STEP FOOT INSIDE OF BEST BUY AT THE OUTER LOOP LOCATION EVER EVER AGAIN, DUE TO THE UNHONESTY OF THE OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES THAT ARE EMPLOYED BY BEST BUY AND THE MISLEADING INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE!! “I bought the Mesh track shoe today. Don was great. He was not only very knowledgeable of the origins of the company, but had great savvy and since of humor. I loved his tales of his father, who is about my age. I've purchased several pairs of shoes from this location . All who have assisted me were very good. Don went the extra mile. I called him up, and said, why the long shoe strings, they drag the floor. He explained, that's the way it is designed. He said, Frank, come in next week, and I'll give you a shorter pair of shoe strings. Five stars, Kudo's to Don”
“I brought my friend there to get him some boots because he has a hard time finding his size. After going to 3 other places this location was a jackpot!!! The price was great and they were the correct width which is so important because he’s diabetic and he can’t afford any injuries to his feet. The young lady at the cash register was very helpful and polite. I recommend this store if you’re looking for shoes for your family or yourself.”
“We purchased shoes for my son on his bday and they did not fit. We live a ways away and had gone a few days over the 30 day return timeline. I called the store and Miles the store manager answered and explained the return policy but said if it was only a couple of days and I had the receipt he would be happy to help us out. He wasn’t working the following day but left a note for the people working the following day. We went in the next day and MJ greeted us with a smile. He said he knew about our situation and he took great care of us. He measured my sons foot and explained the sizing in kids vs men’s and even went as far as to pull out all the shoes he had in my sons size. My son chose a pair he loved and even got a pack of socks. He showed me how to download the app and get the special savings on your bday and half bday. He went above and beyond. Great customer service is so hard to come by these days. With people like Miles and MJ at your store you will always keep customers coming back. It’s not always just about the product, the customer service matters too. Thank you both for taking pride in your job and helping make my sonnie so happy with his new shoes.”
