Went to cash a check, teller put me through the 3rd degree.. was going to charge me a $10.00 fee to cash the check and then she questioned my credit card if was actually a credit card.. it clearly was a credit card.. I will NEVER go back in that bank!!!

I am very impressed with the customer service of Republic Bank. I own a small business and they are always willing to help in anyway they can. They make their small customers a priority.

Very unfriendly and no smiles from the tellers. This bank used to be fun to go to, the tellers were very friendly. With in the last two months or so the place has turned into a grave yard. Won’t go here anymore. Any other bank I go to the people are very interested in the customer. Not this one.

I love getting to come to Republic to do my bank runs for work. It's my favorite part of the week because I know that it is the last thing that stands in between me and the weekend! I've never personally banked here, but they've been great for the company that I work for. Everyone here is always super sweet, helpful, and don't want to rip my head off after I give them a thousand deposit slips. They also leave trays of cookies/goodies every now and then on the middle table. The inside is so pretty-looking and is always clean.

Poor Service with lots of excuses! They did not have our checks ready at the house closing. We had to wait until their next business day for OUR money. The Manager almost beat us out the door to leave for the day! We have closed many houses at many banks and have never experienced this poor approach.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. I am new to Republic and been dealing with the Middletown, Blankenbaker branch. I have had a great experience. They are very customer focused. Now that doesn't mean they are perfect but if something has happened they have fixed it! That goes miles with me. I think they are doing a great job!

Probably the worst bank in all of Louisville. Whether it be lack of services offered or lack of current services working correctly. I've had no success of getting my debit card to work properly even after repeated Phone calls. Luckily I still maintain an account with a great bank, PNC. Unfortunately I have to use Republic because they are my mortgage bank, otherwise PNC would have all of my business. Stay away if possible.

Trying to call and get help with using the online services and the customer service or shall I say lack there of is laughable. Smug attitude and they don't listen to your needs to try and help you.
