“Worked with Slava on shelbyville road. Mostly handled this purchase over the phone while at work and Slava was very easy to work with. I bought the king size tempur-adapt pro adapt medium hybrid bed. My girlfriend and I had visited the store in person months before to physically lay on it and see which model was a best fit for us. And Slava was easy to work with then and didn’t try and upsell or overwhelm with detail or pressure. I’m a straight shooter and like to get straight to the point and my interaction with Slava was great. He got me a couple hundred off the bed during Black Friday deal, and gave me a killer deal on the adjustable bed Frame. And thank god we got the adjustable frame. My girl didn’t want it at all but now that we have it, she uses it every day. Sorry about how late this review came in, but more sales people should be like Slava. Thanks a ton, we’ll be back to get some pillows soon too”

“My husband & I bought a lovesac online a few years ago. One of our cats was experiencing some medical issues and soiled a section of the sac one night. It soaked through the cover, the liner, and into the foam filling. The store manager, Mary, reached out and couldn't have been more helpful. If you have kids or pets, I would recommend using a mattress protector to cover your liner in the event of an accident.”

The outlet side of the store is awesome for finding discounted pieces. As far as customer service goes, Kimberly was fantastic in helping me to find exactly what I've been looking for. “I just had the best experience with Burdorf Interiors. I recently downsized to a condo from a larger home. I have been looking for a small kitchen set to replace my larger table. After searching multiple stores to no avail, I walked into Burdorf's. I was genuinely greeted by Antoine McCollum. I told him what I needed & he directed me to the perfect kitchen set. Knowing that I was a motivated buyer, he even offered to ask his manager for a discounted price. Joe Plunkett not only discounted the price, but offered to deliver it that same day! Since I needed to make arrangements fir my larger table to be moved, he offered to hold the set until I was ready for it. Antoine & Joe were so gracious & accommodating.
