FedEx as usual. Poor service. Not sure if it is just Louisville that FedEx is terrible. ZERO is not an option when reviewing them. Closed the gate at 5:50 (10 min early) and instantly said they did not have a pickup under my name when I asked through the security gate…yes I’m mad so I’m leaving a review but this is not the first time I’ve had issue with FedEx in Louisville. Try calling them because a package is lost…you’ll get a robot or a careless operator if you spent 50 min on hold.

We were attending a conference at Southeast Christian Church and needed some fast printing. The people here were amazing! Very kind and responsive and their dogs were wonderful. Thank you for your help!

Ryan at FedEx really delivered. He was fast and efficient. It was so nice to have the store located in Walmart so we could pick up some groceries while we were there. Our package made it safely to its location thanks to Ryan!

Excellent customer service!! Matt and Ryan are such a pleasure to work with. They always get all of my projects completed in a timely manner. They are helpful and knowledgeable about their products. This is the only FedEx office in the area I like to use!

Very bad location. Matt is a manager and his is very rude. I placed an order and they couldn't get it done correctly. Two and a half weeks, hundreds of phone calls, still can't get the correct order. Stay away from this location.

Dave, the employee on duty, provided outstanding service to me. I needed to get an envelope out on a Saturday to my office.I'm a trucker. The service we usually ship our delivery paperwork through has no pickups over the weekend. If you miss the Fridsy pickup, you're SOL until Monday.I was in Waddy, KY and found this location open on Saturday, with a listed pu time of 2 pm. It said it was in Walmart, which meant I could find parking for my 18-wheeler and shop too.It wasn't until I got ready to navigate to the location that I realized, despite the address being on Shelbyville Rd. The location was 10 miles away in Walmart at Middletown. This meant I might not get there by the pickup time.I called Dave to see how close they came to 2 pm pickup. He said it vould be as late as 3, so I decided to go for it. He took my number, agreeing to call me if the pickup occurred before my arrival.As I was walking into the entrance at Walmart, my phone rang. It was FedEx. I walked the few steps to the FedEx counter, held up my phone and said, "Hello!" We had a good laugh.He got the pu driver to wait for me. She was also very pleasant and professional. Kudos to Fed Ex , AND DAVE, for saving my bacon.

This is the best fedex location I've ever been to. The guy working was super nice and incredibly helpful. I've been to the other locations in the area, but I would recommend coming to this one.

The customer service agent was either misleading or doesn’t understand the true policy of Fed Ex delivery. I used Fed Ex because USPS is so snowed under and unable to handle the crowds at the regular offices. I had a letter package that I wanted to be able to trace that it was sent on that day which was a Friday. I was told it would be delivered the LATEST on the following Wednesday, but since the package was mailed in Louisville and the destination in Louisville, that it would almost certainly be delivered by the following Monday. I downloaded the Fed Ex app to trace the package and it literally sat in a Fed Ex office thru Tuesday with delivery scheduled for Wednesday. My beef is why do they sit on packages when it could be delivered ASAP. Wednesday was supposed to be the latest - not scheduled for that day. I’ve used UPS and even USPS and neither do this. No more Fed Ex - they obviously will wait to the latest possible day to deliver a package.

Received great customer service here on a difficult print job . The manager Michael was able to help me get a difficult printing job completed! He was very patient and worked with me to get the problem resolved. I would highly recommend this store for all your printing needs. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.

This is a Walmart it is not a full-service normal FedEx pack and ship and print area it's bull bull bull bull bull bull bull don't waste your time
