Spoke with a supervisor about ongoing issues with fill in carrier leaving sensitive mail sticking out of locked mailbox. He assured us he would address the issue, recognizing our privacy and security concerns were legitimate. The problem has persisted as recently as yesterday. This seems ridiculous considering the box is accessible, and more than large enough to accommodate the mail left dangling dangerously like a bouquet inviting identity thieves or others to help themselves. What will it take to resolve this matter? Why is the United States Postal Service seemingly ignoring basic protocols to ensure the safety and security of our mail service? Please help us with this reasonable request!

I was shipping some books to a friend and was recycling a Priority Mail box. The cost was a whopping $18 but when I mentioned it was books she voided the receipt and put it in as a media shipment. Under $6, what a difference! She was extremely nice and patient and saved me a bunch of money!

Awesome service, polite and courteous!! These people work hard and I really appreciate their efforts!! Customer service is lost these days, so it's nice to get some when you can. Remember, the employees don't make prices and rules, they are there to help us!! Appreciate them

Postage rates are absolutely ridiculous. Today I paid more than $5 for a small envelope that would have been @$1 a few years back.Because it wasn't 100% flat it was labeled a package. Pathetic. As someone who has mailed hundreds of packages to family and friends I can honestly say I am done. Greed. GREED. GREED.

Mail deliveries usually take 4-5 hours. Usually don't get mail until 2:30 or 3.
