We couldn’t be more happy with Tim Short of Middlesboro and our sales guy Kevin Lefevers! As a former car salesperson, I never imagined buying a vehicle on the internet, essentially sight unseen, yet here we are! The Chevy Blazer we wanted was coming up few and far between. We only came across 3 within a day long roadtrip from us. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure we knew what we were purchasing before we signed. He sent videos, pictures, drove the car for us… Everyone at Tim Short CDJR was so polite, professional and easy to deal with. Kevin answered my seemingly endless questions without hesitation. He worked with our schedule to get everything done! He even had me drive the vehicle before I left in it, just to be sure it was what he said it was. It takes a huge amount of trust and peace of mind to buy a car 5 hours away, in another state! Not once did I ever feel like we weren’t in good hands. I will, without hesitation, reach out to Kevin for our next vehicle. Five stars all the way around!!

I bought a used truck from them about 5 months ago. The truck has already been to the shop about 3 times for the same problem. Every time I try and call no one picks the phone up nor do I get a phone call back. Spoke with a sale manager and he was not helpful at all. One of the worst dealership I have ever been to. My truck will not be going back nor would I recommend anyone there.

Worst dealership experience ever! I am a repeat customer at Tim Short CDJR in Middlesboro and haven’t really had issues before, but this time I’ve really been put through it! I traded in a 2023 Corvette and 2021 Jeep Gladiator on a 2024 Ram 2500. The gladiator had been paid off for a year prior to trade in and the corvette was still financed. Both vehicles were sold within a week or so of being traded in. 30 days later I get a 65 point hit on my credit for 30 day past due payment (I’ve never been late on a payment) and a call from the finance company that my car has not been paid off. I inquired about the issue with the dealership and was informed that I needed the lien release for the gladiator which was never mentioned until now. I asked about the Corvette payoff and the hit on my credit to which the sales manger said there’s nothing he can do about it, I should have kept making the payments after I traded it in and it was sold. I’ve never been asked to continue making payments on a vehicle after it’s been traded in! I was informed that other customers have been asked to do the same. I did get the lien release for the gladiator mailed in and sent to the dealership but as of writing this the corvette still hasn’t been paid off and it’s over 60 days past due on payment. This trade occurred on May 11th and it is now August 1st.

Please save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. I traded in a fully paid off 2017 VW jetta in wonderful shape for a 2019 Nissan kick here in November. The vehicle started having major problems the day after I left the lot. Immediately took it back and it was put in the shop where they supposedly fixed the problem. Got it back and the problems continued. Long story short my car has been in the shop 5 times since purchasing and they keep it for weeks at a time and are incredibly rude when I call and ask for an update on the vehicle. And the vehicle is never fixed when I get it back. I've been trying to get this car fixed since November when purchasing and now it's July. I've had to pay for 2 tow bills. The latest time it's been in the shop it was there for 3 weeks and when I picked it up it got me 15 minutes down the road before quitting and leaving me stranded on the highway. Mind you I'm 9 months pregnant. They came and towed the car and I had to pay the tow bill because they claim they can't find anything wrong with the vehicle. A car does not quit for no reason. They are huge scammers and have been so unkind to me during this whole process and have not offered me any compensation for my troubles ! They even got incredibly rude to me when all I asked for was a loaner vehicle to drive while they worked on my car. I was told there were more important people who needed their loaner vehicles. So now I'm 9 months pregnant, could have this child any day, and I don't even have a vehicle to get myself to the hospital in. And they could care less.

I got a car from them a couple months back. It was a 2007 Cadillac DTS as soon as I brought the car home, I started to overheat. They will not do anything to make it right. It’s the worst place I’ve ever got a car from very dishonest. It’s ridiculous that a dealership can sell you a car that doesn’t run right and get away with it, do not go to Tim short dodge you will get ripped off
