I stopped by this historic pharmacy to get Pepto Bismol. When I got home I realized I had left my cell phone on the counter as I checked out. I went directly back and the phone was waiting for me. The lady at the register had put it away behind the counter for Me, realizing my error. I am so very grateful. I was able to locate three or four kinds of the pepto bismol. Amazing selection of products in this small pharmacy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughtful kindness. As a Google reviewer I wish I could give you si. Stars.

Sure they have great prices..but you won't find a more friendly and helpful pharmacy staff that make you feel at home your first visit..its Fountain Square for me and my family

This pharmacy has great staff that are courteous and very helpfully nice. I've been going here for a couple months, and I'm always warmly greeted! I get all my medicine filled without any problems. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

I came to pick up medicine for my friends dog. She has no car to come get it and she is at home with her little dog who was attacked. And the lady at the window was extremely rude. She acted like she was bothered by doing her job. I will never come back to this pharmacy and I will tell all my family and friends to do the same. I was going to switch to this pharmacy and now I will not be. I can spend my 1000 a month at aa pharmacy with nicer staff. So disappointed Middlesboro deserves better.

Awesome little shop that is on the fountain square of an old fashioned small town downtown. The building itself looks like it is a hundred years old on the outside, and it goes really well with the old fashioned candy shop motif. Both the pharmacist, and the lady at the counter were really friendly. I was in looking for some old fashioned candy ... I actually found some moon pies - they were only a quarter. I paid three times that amount just last week -- and that was at a "discount" bread outlet shop. WOW! There are lots of nic nacs, and other cool little stuff. There is even a cooler with cold drinks. Of course, there is a pharmacy, but I was just in looking. This is a neat stop, in a neat town that is just off of the highway. We can pull in here, get petrol up the street, and fill up our feed sack here. Just don't be in too big of a hurry, the is truth in that old saying "southern hospitality" and everyone in here is really friendly.

Been going here for about 15 years before Maury ran it, now that he’s there and the rest of the crew I feel at home. He will work with you on anything there. He’s a fantastic owner and he’s an all around great person. Love this place and thankful for the variety. Highly recommend!
