The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I watched them close 10 minutes early tonight. I got in and out but they had to unlock the door to let me out. Then I watched a customer approach the door and realize it was locked and could hear him across the parking lot say so. I feel for the employees, I know you wanna go home, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when a business closes earlier than their advertised hours. 10 minutes is 10 minutes. This is not good business. This decreases the public's trust in you.

definitely don't suggest this place for cakes. The cake decorater is amazing but if you end up having to talk to anyone else in the bakery it's almost pointless. they've told me for a week they can make my cake (round cake, the sides with blue icing and top yellow) a very easy and simple cake. I've talked to them multiple times through the week as well so at any other point they could of said we just don't feel like it, but instead they've been saying they CAN make it til today (2 days before) and the woman in the bakery was VERY RUDE about it when they could of simply said no to start with OR at one of the many times I've spoken to them over this week time!!

We stopped in tonight while traveling through the area, bought a few items from the deli and took advantage of the tables and chairs there. Kudos to Frank for being extraordinarily kind to our daughter and taking time to talk to her about her baby doll. We enjoyed our sandwiches & salad and the friendly staff!

After moving here from out of state My husband and I came here for the first time on Wednesday to check out the produce and the meat and we were both thoroughly impressed ! The store was very clean , the prices totally reasonable and all the employees were very kind and friendly ! I highly recommend this store !

Hayden in the meat department has always gone beyond being helpful but, tonight he went the extra mile to make me a happy customer. I had a special request and he met the challenge with a smile and helpful attitude. Hayden is the biggest reason Food City Middlesboro is my first choice when buying meat in Middlesboro. BRAVO Hayden!! I appreciate your attitude and super service.

bought a bag of onions for about $4 out of 7 onions only 2 were not rotten or had mold on them. so not only did i pay for food i cant eat i could not do the recipe i was trying to cook.
