Horrible experience at family dollar in Middlesboro, KY. Went in for garbage bags that are on sale for 3.00. Grabbed wrong count at first, but looked on app for correct count and pulled up pic of it. Went to register, they rang up full price. Showed one employee “Tammy” the pic from FD app, and she went to get Mgr (refused to give full name and was extremely rude) think I heard employee call her Jenn or Jess. She said since it wasn’t in the sale paper, she would not price adjust. I showed her exact pic, and I have never been treated worse by a so called Mgr. The other employee tried to explain to her that the pic was the exact one, and she literally voided transaction and walked away. SO RUDE!!!!! The other employee apologized for her and a man in there said, ones really nice and one is mean. So apparently, she is mean to numerous people. I have tried corporate number, no answer. I want to file a formal complaint on this employee, if you don’t want to work in retail (don’t) I have never been treated that way!!!

Staff is friendly and helpful. The store has always been clean. My only "complain" is that there limited or completely out of things I need. Never fails! I know the employees can't help it or they would. But other than that, I still continue to go.

Atleast 2 visits a day good people only one thing that could possiable make it more pleasant, Replace the store mananger with somebody that sees the customer as the stores future ., Instead of a interuption of her one of 10 smoke Breaks.So if its morning time and you visit and have a issue finding a prodict., Please don't ask the Blonde, especially if shes sitting out front smoking.thats the ultimate NO.I think thebway she acted , , I'm 4sure HELLBOUND!!!(LOL)Tks.

This was the cleanest & most organized Family Dollar I have ever been to. We were staying nearby & needed a few things for our cabin. The cashier (probably the manager) was SO helpful & friendly. Highly recommend this store!

Since they've rearranged the shelves it feels a lot bigger inside. It is also much easier to find things. They also have a small craft section that I don't believe they had before. The staff are very professional and kind as usual.

Its usually pretty clean. Its retrofitted on the interior of the store and the management team is competent so the store has a good layout and providing thier deliveries are punctual they seem to always have those little oddities that one might require late in the evening when one doesn't feel like traveling all the way to the larger retailers.
