If we could give a 0 star I would!! The service dept sucks… if you paid for extended warranty don’t mess with them. Basically we paid 155.00 they had it a week and did nothing. Just stored it. Would not listen to what was wrong like they didn’t believe us. Soon as we got into vehicle the problem was still there in their parking lot. Had to make them come out and still gave us the run around. We just left!!! Will never buy a vehicle from them.

Visited looking for a new car. The one we were interested in was already sold the same day we were there. Good sales people to deal with they took my info and said they would contact me if they came across the same car I was looking for. Would go back and deal with them again

Cumberland Ford was such a nice place. The salesman worked so hard to help me find a nice car that fit my needs and when they didn't, they kept me in mind until they found something worth it. It was such a good deal for my 2017 Dodge Journey. I was upgraded tremendously from a 2013 Kia Rio.

Very poor service department. Perhaps they excel with other issues, but not for transmission codes. I told the receptionist up front that I had seen my car's transmission code and I informed them the general type of code to help their diagnostics. 4 days later, all they would tell me is that the power transfer unit (PTU) and the transmission were both "broke." That's all they would tell me even after inquiring what exactly was broken. I am not oblivious to mechanics and have worked with mechanics many times. I drove the car there just fine (again, all that was wrong was a code and an occasional stick in 1 gear) and they wanted to replace my entire transmission, and ptu.(Quoted at about $4,500).It was a tenth of the price at Sam's Transmissions to get my input turbine speed sensor replaced, (which by the way, had a code in the history that Jimmy at Sam's looked up easily.)This place will try to convince you to replace parts that work just fine.(UPDATE) - 1 year later, I have driven my same car to Atlanta and back, all over Knoxville, and up our hill many times in the past year, it is still driving just fine.

My wife and I had made arrangements with a salesman from Cumberland Ford, John Bingham. Mr. Bingham knew Thursday around lunchtime that we would be driving 4.5 hours to test drive a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium on Saturday. At that point, we put a $100 deposit down to have the vehicle held. We drove the 4.5 hours one way and drove the Edge, with a $25,030 cashier's check in my pocket. We loved the car, and the only concern was that the oil was dark and the tires were not safe to go back home. We spoke with John about this, and he said their shop was not open and he would take a look at the records. He looked at the maintenance records and found the last oil change was 2,800 miles ago, and it did not state anything about the rotation of the tires. I asked John if there was any place that I could at least get the tires rotated, and he said no. I went outside and looked at the tires again and determined that there were very near the 3/32 replacement standard set out by the National Highway Safety Office. I express my concern, and John looked at me and said, "You don't have to buy this car, Chris." That's when we decided to leave this dealership. We would have honestly driven this car home if the tires would have made the trip home. The pictures from the website were ancient because the tires did not look that way in the photos. Please do not waste time with this dealership. They are not helpful and only want to get your money and get you out of their sight. Oh, by the way, they kept my $100 deposit.
