The guy behind the counter treated me terrible on two different occasions. The situation was pretty lengthy so I don't really want to type it out in a comment. I asked him his name but he had no name tag on and would only mumble it so I'm not sure what it was. I asked him for help The first night and he told me it was close to closing and basically gave me the wrong part so when I went in the next day to return it and ask about an alternative he told me he had other things to do. I sarcastically complimented him on his customer service skills and told the guys to have a good night and walked out and I will not be back. He had no interest in helping me solve my problem even though he knew I was stranded 30 minutes from home. Anyone can have a bad day but for him to treat me with the same disrespect two different occasions I don't think that's a coincidence and I can't imagine having someone like that represent my company. I worked a lot of retail and that's just not how customer service is handled. Both interactions are on video surveillance and can all be verified So I don't know what his end game is.

Guy at the desk was snippy at me and wasn't very kind. Didn't really know much about cars so when I asked if they had brake pads for my Chrysler seabring. They had to go on the computer and go through the process asking what size engine in the car. The pads size isnt affected by the engine size. All the 6 Cylinder engines options use the same pads. I had to tell him to just choose any because he wanted me to drive all the way back to where my cars at to get the vin. In the end he did help but it took alot of teeth pulling to finally the right stuff.

My wife and I bought a battery at your store yesterday. We received excellent service from Travis. He used the VIN number of our vehicle to identify the correct battery and installed it for us. It was very difficult to remove the old battery because of extensive corrosion around the battery post. Travis worked at it for some time, the whole while showing great courtesy towards us. He never lost patience or showed any frustration with the situation. We very much appreciate Travis's courtesy and professionalism.
