Dude straight up lied about how much gas I returned the uhaul with. I picked it up with 9/16 just a tad past a half tank. I returned it the way I got it and he said it was returned with a half tank causing me to pay an additional 11 dollars and he makes a few bucks doing that I found out after speaking with uhaul. Also didn't tell me to take a picture of it but did tell me I would have to dispute it with uhaul knowing full well he taking advantage of my ignorance since this my first time using uhaul and I don't know the process.

Had an appointment at 10:30, told me to be back at 1, I come back at 1:10 and they didn't touch it...what's the point of having an appointment???
