The team did my pre- purchase inspection on the car and helped me create a service plan outlining which repairs were more pressing than others.Every time I have gone back I have been greeted by smiling faces and patient people willing to explain to me what's being worked on or what other surprises they encountered that need to be addressed. “I just had the most delightful experience leasing a new XT4 from Cincinnati Cadillac. It started with a phone call to Ms Teresa who made my appointment and greeted us on arrival. Then we met Kyle, a sales associate who was so informative and helpful. She directed us to the vehicle for a test drive. Loved the way the car handled and it was such a quiet ride.Back at the dealership, Eric,the sales manager, got to work on putting an awesome deal together. The team work and the professionalism was epic. I was not expecting to close a deal today and yet, there we were all signed, (with Stephen, the finance guy) sealed, and delivered in a short period of time. “I feel they’re affordable and fair. Ken’s is a place I feel like I can take vehicles back to. Others I have patronized have lost my trust and appear to be your typical “untrusting” shops in the near vicinity/area.I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Needed a left turn signal fuse replaced. In my few times having been there I feel like their interactions with me, time of repair, and costs have been nice and influenced me to return when needed. Thanks again!!”
“We had a tire blow out on the highway and our car towed here. They were very quick to get us back on our feet, and only that, but courteous and didn't push a lot of extra, unnecessary, work. Given our situation, I was expecting to pay through the nose, but their prices were fair, and actually beat most of the other places we checked.
I would 100% recommend this Midas to anyone, and we'll be back (but hopefully not too soon!).”

“The owner took my car for a drive to test what was wrong with it, that’s when I knew he was a great mechanic. Most just look at it and give you many different things it could be, he was able to tell me exactly what it was. He was honest with me and gave me advice of what to do and what not to do with my car. One of the mechanics also changed the fuse for my taillight and got that working. All without asking for a dime. Truly a rare shop and such a blessing to find when you’re new to an area and have no idea what to expect.”

“There really isn't another mechanic that I trust. Going to Anderson Automotive is a family tradition, as we have always been treated well and honestly. Their prices are clear and they do everything they can to not surprise you with the bill. On one specific instance, I brought my car in and had no clue what was wrong. It turned out that a mechanism connected to the serpentine belt had run its course and knocked out the powered steering among other things. They got me in quickly, and replaced both parts. A couple weeks later, by coincidence, a separate belt tension mechanism along the belt line broke and snapped the serpentine belt again. I was amazed at their policies and service, as both the belt and labor were considered under warranty, meaning I only paid for the second mechanism that broke. They said that as they claimed the first service would solve the problem, they were honoring their word. This level of honesty and integrity is hard to find.”

“Everyone was very nice here! They took care of my oil change and other services fast and handled with care! My only issue was it was hard to find the entrance to the service center. The main gate for the dealership part was close, so it was hard to get back there being our first time going. Nothing against the great people and service at the location though! I definitely recommend this location for your Honda needs!”
