“Let me start off by saying that I don't just let anyone work on my vehicles.I purchased a new Ford truck, and part of the deal was to have a line-x spray in bed liner. The dealership uses linex of southern Ohio.I had some concerns as I wanted the bed bolts removed, tie down hooks removed and all tailgate hardware removed before spraying.When I called to confirm the appointment, all my worries were put to ease. We had a great conversation about the process and I didn't even have to ask about removing the hardware. It was something they do. Due to my schedule I had to drop the truck before opening and pick up after opening. All I can say is wow. The install is flawless. Better than factory, or any other I have seen. If you want line-x, this is the place. 10/10”
“I went here to get estimate of repair for rear bumper of my 2020 Subaru Forester. When the man looked at the damage, he said he might be able to repair it right there! So he went inside the shop and returned with a tool which he then used to bend some sort of hook that was preventing my bumper from going back in place! I was highly impressed with his customer service, efficiency and skill! The bumper looks like new and I did not need to schedule an appointment for repairs! He charged me nothing!!!! Unheard of in this day and age! I will definitely be back if I need repairs in the future. I highly recommend this business!”

“Brought my car to Skaats Precision Motorsports after initially having another shop in KY do some work. The car had multiple issues and Nick fixed them all. He was straight forward with everything that needed to be done and extremely knowledgeable..All work was done in a timely manner and his pricing was very reasonable..I will not take my car ANYWHERE else at this point...It's hard to find good honest shops anymore and I feel fortunate to have him locally to me...I give him 5 out 5 stars”
“I wish I could give more stars!! Mellanie and the Scott's were great to deal with. The three of them made me feel like I was a part of the family. They treated my truck like it was one of their own. They communicated at every chance to make sure I was always aware of what was happening. In the end my truck was deemed a total loss by insurance after 2 months. If their work is anything like their personalities and communication then I have no doubt it would have looked better than new. Thank you three for everything and sorry we didn't get to see how the "badass" truck turned out. I will go to you all with anything I ever need and I will highly recommend you to everyone I can!!”
“I chose to work with this shop rather than one my insurance company recommended, and am very glad I did! Responses were always quick, detailed and accurate. My wife hit a deer in our 2014 Lexus SUV which was the reason for the repair. Vehicle repair was completed on-time as promised and when I picked it up, not only did the repaired area look brand new, but the interior was 100% cleaner than when I dropped it off to the shop. I couldn't be happier with the work Impact Auto Body performed, and would return to them for sure with any future auto body repairs needed!”

I dropped my tire/wheel off and he called me to say it was done by the time I was walking in the front door of my house! For context I live 5 minutes up the road! That fast! The price was VERY reasonable as well.I will absolutely keep patronizing this business. There were all kinds of bikes in the shop (as well as a great selection of tires) so I'm sure he can sort you out as well. A++”

“I've been working on my own car's and trucks for 35 years and I know parts at AutoZone, O'Reilly and advanced auto are cheaply made and have a habit of needing replaced after you install them because of poor quality.
I particularly like Smyth automotive because they have quality parts, lifetime warranty and are much more reasonable.
Very knowledgeable also unlike AutoZone and the others that have 18 year old kids working pulling parts and me trying to explain to them what I need only to walk away shaking my head in wonder.”
