I've had it with this pharmacy and their incompetence.
Last Friday I called to get a prescription refilled. The automated response said the pharmacy was temporarily closed, but didn't state the reason. And when I said "Refill" it said it couldn't help with that. I called on Wednesday of this week and was told my refill would be ready Friday. But it wasn't ready when I went to pick it up and had to wait.
I'll be switching pharmacies.

I've used this pharmacy for years and wouldn't even think of using another. They are wonderful! Staff are respectful polite and courteous.

The Pharmacist purposely didn't feel my stomach meds that were in my profile with refills after calling to ask her to fill it. Not the first time either. Tammi and her staff are very judgmental, look down on people who have been in front of me before who are on controlled substances like Suboxone. They talk about the druggies that come in there instead of being professionals who are supposed to be helping ecerybody. I have to drive an extra 44 minutes from my house to another Walgreens to get my meds.

Shipping is fun and even more economical with the Walgreen aop where you can get Walgreen's cash back in a lit of purchases saving at time 60 percent or more .staff are generally helpful and courteous and ready to lend a hand.

Your business practices are questionable at best. My 88 year old grandmother received multiple prescriptions that she did not order & when she called to remediate the issue she was told that you cannot take the medication back because she opened the bag. How was she supposed to know what was in the bag without opening it? Have you heard of service recovery? My grandparents have been loyal customers for years and you refuse to fix your mistake? It is not good practice to fill multiple prescriptions not ordered by the customer, charge them for your error, and then refuse to fix the issue. Thankfully, my grandparents have a great deal of family support and we are more than willing to take care of their needs & have prescriptions filled elsewhere. You are taking advantage of senior adults and your practices will be reported to ensure that you are investigated by the appropriate regulatory agencies. You should be ashamed of your actions.

Pharmacy employees were very Rude and lied, not just to me but several others.. Said insurance would not cover our prescriptions, then just filled one of my friends (he had 4) gave him the wrong medication. Went down the road and there was no problem. The lady pharmacist doesn't want our business, no problem, she won't get it. Guess she doesn't like her job, she's definitely in the wrong line of work.

I have been going to this Rite Aid for years, sending money orders for myself and others that have asked me to do so in their place and had never been given any grief. Today however was a day they chose to do so, over an insignificant amount even. I work hard for my money, and have the right to spend it as I please. So when you tell me you are suspicious that my girlfriend that I have been dating for two years and that begs and pleads that I do not send money is an act of Fraud most would understand that I'm highly agitated. I have only sent this girl money Twice including today in 2 let me repeat that TWO years...So obviously she is after me for my money... Ignorance at it's finest, Yes i have seen some improvements in the stores interior as of late, but that doesn't compensate for the lack luster service the employees provide. I work customer service myself and my employer would have no tolerance for the way my situation was handled. Rite Aid Mckee, KY you have lost my business. I will now drive 30 minutes out of my way to Kroger or Walgreens for any insignificant purchase i decide to make in the future, at least they won't question my motives. Thank you
