No loyalty or respect to their customers. If you are charged a “Late Charge” customer service WILL NOT remove it, credit you or forgive you for the charge. No matter the reason. It’s generated automatically.

They r awful…internet goes out all the time and the customer service sucks. The only way they can trouble shoot your internet problems is by having u reboot the boxes. When that doesn’t work have to wait for hours for someone to call u back and then days for them to come and fix it…all this whole u r still paying for services u aren’t using because of them!!! Don’t use PRTC!!!

One of the biggest jokes of a company I’ve ever seen, the worst connection for a company that boasts how great there fiber optic is. I truly hope that this company goes under and the people of Jackson County and surrounding counties get a compentent internet service provider such as spectrum.

Barely works. Disconnects every morning with every device in our house saying "connected without internet" I've tried different routers, I've cleaned the modem. I've unplugged everything and plugged it back in. Still Disconnects every morning and will be in and out until around 2 or 3pm

Best and fastest internet for the country. When the landlord cut my internet cable they where quick to respond and repair it.

Best rural internet provider hands down. Customer service is alright most of the time, but I did order a phone service months ago and instead of running a hard line, it was just plugged into my modem. Helps absolutely none when the power goes out and I need a phone.
