Upset is not a strong enough word for how I feel about Walgreens pharmacy! I can't believe it is closed on a Saturday. I was told they could get the prescription I needed. They did not have it. Waiting to see how long it takes them to get it. I can't even get a status because the robot that answers the phone can't find it in the system. Ugh!!!!!

I don’t even want to give 1 star. This is ridiculous. I have been on hold for pharmacy for an hour and a half. I know they are letting calls roll til they can leave for lunch. They auto fill medications I don’t need and leave me hanging on the ones I do need. Massive issues going on at this location. Something needs to change!

Very unreliable pharmacy, never staffed, closed randomly during open hours due to staffing. Unable to fill scripts on file.

My husband went to the Maysville, KY Walgreens yesterday to get his flu shot. When he told the lady why he was there, she said, "We can't do it now. We go to lunch in two minutes." You've got to be kidding me. They couldn't take two minutes to give a simple flu shot?!! It's not like he was asking them to do surgery!

Filled daughters antibiotic here.
Was assured prescription was ready, it was not, causing problems in other important parts of my day.
The syringe they provided did not work well.
The liquid antibiotic bottle was messy, with medicine leaking out and on the bottle.
Then they had trouble figuring out insurance, so I paid cash (antiobiotics are expensive).
Contacted insurance, no problems, is on stores end.
Calls to resolve problems take a long, long time.
Not returning to this store, do not recommend.

Poor customer service. Waited more than 30 minutes for an answer on the phone. Once I got an answer they so called could not find my prescription which in fact has three refills. I had to go back to my regular pharmacy which I did not want to drive to this week. This is the second or third time encountering this same issue with this particular pharmacy and I would not recommend it for anyone

Rarely go in here and after my recent experience, won't bother ever going back. Staff members were very rude and acted annoyed when I made a simple request (to get by them in the aisle) that was literally no inconvenience to them, but made me feel like I was ruining their whole life (eye rolling, sighing, refused to acknowledge me when I said excuse me). It was kind of ridiculous and I just don't associate with people who would ever behave like that. Where's the customer service skills, or even basic manners? I'm sure their job is very demanding.....?

Doctors send orders over after visit go to pick up and never ready or told won’t be ready till next day, so either go pick up and still told not ready or told they out and or told they never received order.
Always have to wait days to get prescriptions then get told they are ready and never ready. Too much miss communication and hassle.

Went to the pharmacy after 2 days of trying to get a prescription filled. No communication when I had to wait in terms of what the delay was and when I push the call button again the pharmacist comes over to tell me they’re working on getting my prescription filled. Why they couldn’t tell me that to begin with I’ll never know, but the pharmacist is extremely rude and seems like she had personal issues with customers to the point she lets it affect her job. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend.

A very unfriendly staff, especially if you have questions, the staff acts as though you are inconveniencing them. I've not dealt with the pharmacy staff, but the store staff needs some improvement on customer service, especially when a customer has questions. You shouldn't argue with the customer and make them feel stupid, you should be more patient and actually listen and try to help them understand. Deep sighing, a large exhale of exasperation and sarcastic tones come through the phone just as clearly as in person, so be aware when speaking to people, they can hear your annoyance. If speaking to someone and answering questions is not what you want to do, maybe you should find another field of employment.

The inside of the store is nice and clean. The staff is friendly. The PHARMACY is not the same since changing from RiteAid is the reason for the 3 star rating - the wait time is horrible inside and drive-thru for the PHARMACY only. They are in need a more efficient system to speed up the process.

Been sick trying in line at drive thru for over 20min they let people wait and hold up line instead of having them pull around so people who have called ahead don't have to sit here 25 my n now and still two cars in front of me

I've been a customer at this locations for many years and they've consistently been helpful and courteous. Their commitment to going above and beyond, especially with immunizations, despite occasional delays and being understaffed is amazing.

Perfectly nice, always help me with my photo orders. They have over the counter medicines that can be hard to find in maysville.

The hold times to talk to someone is just ridiculous. Everytime I call I'm on hold for 10-15 min.... This time I'm currently at 11 min.Not to mention, I was waiting in the drive-thru why I watched the lady wait on 3 other people inside well after I hit the call button. I'll be picking up my last prescription from there today.
