Best customer service ever. Andrew was kind to help me with my phone that had a virus. We thought the problem was fixed however, it wasn't. So I went back to the store when it was about to close and even though he was still working with someone else, he was kind enough to stay and sell me a phone because I was traveling the next morning. So, if you go to Verizon, ask for Andrew. 5 Star all the way

Sarah was great. She stayed overtime to work with getting 5 of us to get our phones set up. Unfortunately when we left we found that our phones were not completely workable. It was difficult figuring out old passwords that didn’t carry over. My sister has complained that she doesn’t have service in Robertson County, however, Sarah checked the zones and stated that there was service there. Also we got two internet boxes that my sister also has had trouble with the service with that. My son says his service for internet bas been great. We were with A T & T for 23 years so I’m guessing it is difficult for some of us to make a change. The idea of new phones for everyone was a very appealing offer to pull us into Verizon. However I did not realize that we would be paying taxes on the original prices of all the equipment plus paying a set up fee for each one as well as an activation fee for each. I was a bit blind sighted about that. However, with all that considered, I feel like we are all at least 90%-95% happy with our choice.
After the fact, I’m very disappointed with Verizon’s follow up with their customers and taking care of our issues. I have had trouble with the billing every month so far since we got our phones. I can’t get into the system to pay the bill therefore the phones have been cut off from service for minutes until they demand payment then to turn them back on. With A T & T, whom I was with for 22 years they would give months of grace period if the bill was not paid on the due date. Verizon does not give any grace period. To top that off I was told upon signing that we would have $1600. Credit coming and wouldn’t have to pay a bill for months. That did not happen. I’m very disgruntled with the way Verizon does customer service.

Andrew was the best ! He was very knowledgeable and not to mention his attitude! We switched from AT&T to Verizon and Andrew explained the process so well! I definitely refer him !! Great hospitality! Good to know that genuine people still exist! Thanks Andrew Cooper !

Sara did a great job assisting me at the Victra Store in Maysville KY. My phone had died and I had to get a new phone and I decided to add a line while I was there. She was very helpful and guided me through every step of the process. I left there feeling confident about the phones we bought and how to use them. She answered all of our questions very professionally. Thanks for all your help Sara!

Stopped in to talk to Andrew as I had some billing questions/issues after switching to Verizon from AT&T back at the end of March. Since then my bills have always been much higher than expected. Come to find out not all of the promotional offers were properly added to my account and Andrew was able to determine the issue and get it corrected. I had been in once before and Andrew was not there, that experience was dreadful and if I was rating based on that they would get one star, but since Andrew stepped up and took care of me he gets five stars. If Andrew isn't there I would recommend leaving and going back when he is. Great job Andrew!
