I was met with a woman named Rebecca and she's got to be the greatest! She helped me TREMENDOUSLY with my taxes, I was a nervous wreck and she made it so easy for me getting through it. I just really wanted to give her a big o hug for just being there for me cause I didn't see it as just her job, I saw her as friend for life and I'll return to H & R block again without a doubt. The other ladies there was also very kind and generous and made you feel as if they have known you there whole life. A very nice environment and very welcoming. Thank you Mrs. Rebecca for sorting everything out you have been a blessing to me and my girls. Many blessings to you and your family ❣️.

Spent an hour waiting to be shoved through, not a question asked. Then 330 later for paying for my refund. Get denied on the advanced refund. What's the point of going there? Just do them yourselves. I learned my lesson.
